Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal 

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

Your statement must include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • A clear declaration that you wish to withdraw from the contract

You may use the following model statement:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [insert product], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [your name].”


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Items sent back without prior notice of withdrawal will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (if applicable and clearly marked as non-returnable)

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
